  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Step 1Peel and grate cucumber. Place cucumber in a bowl and add yogurt, salt, dash pepper and cumin. Mix well.

Each serving:
