- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash white pepper
- 8 slices rye toast
Step 1Combine the cottage cheese, dill, tarragon, chives, salt and white pepper in a small bowl. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cottage cheese mixture on each slice of warm toast.
