- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
Step 1Mix the butter, syrup, sugar, lemon juice and zest in a mini-processor until smooth. This can be made a day ahead; refrigerate. Let soften slightly before serving.
