Note: To make the cookie crumbs, process cookies in a food processor or place in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Please see individual pie recipes for nutritional information.
- 1 1/2 cups almond biscotti, pecan shortbread or butter cookie crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Step 1Place the cookie crumbs in a small bowl. Add the sugar and melted butter and toss with a fork until blended. Pat the crumbs evenly onto the sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill 30 minutes.
