Step 1Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp, 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
Step 2Combine broccoli, celery, bacon and raisins in a large bowl.
Step 3Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and half-and-half in small bowl. Add to broccoli mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
