  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 ounces white Bacardi rum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or to taste

Step 1Place the ice and pineapple in a cocktail shaker and pour the rum, lime juice and pineapple juice over. Add the sugar.

Step 2Shake to combine; chill. Pour the mixture into a tall, narrow glass and serve immediately.
