  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon Angostura bitters
  • 1 cube sugar
  • 5 ounces chilled sparkling wine
  • Twist of lemon peel

Step 1Put a few drops of bitters onto the sugar cube and place it in a Champagne flute. Add the sparkling wine and the rest of the bitters and garnish with lemon peel.
