Note: These roasted soybeans are delicious eaten as is for a snack, or sprinkle them over salads for added crunch.
- 1 cup fresh soybean pods
- 1 tablespoon soybean or other oil
Step 1Toss soybeans with oil on baking sheet. Roast at 375 degrees, stirring occasionally, until beans begin to brown lightly, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven; season with salt. Cool on tray lined with paper towels.
