Total time: 20 minutes | Serves 3 to 4
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt
  • 1 cup white rice

Step 1Bring water and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt to boil in small saucepan. Add rice, cover and cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
