Note: The dressing also can be used for salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet yellow miso
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Step 1Blend mayonnaise, miso, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sesame oil in food processor or blender. Store up to 1 week in refrigerator.

Each tablespoon:
69 calories; 304 mg sodium; 4 mg cholesterol; 5 grams fat; 5 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.11 gram fiber.
