Total time: 25 minutes plus 1 hour chilling | Serves 4
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Thai tea mix
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • Half-and-half

Step 1Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in tea mix. Simmer over medium-low heat 20 minutes.

Step 2Stir in sugar to taste. Strain through sieve lined with cheesecloth. Chill thoroughly, 1 hour.

Each serving:
294 calories; 1 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 0 fat; 76 grams carbohydrates; 0 protein; 0 fiber.
