- 2 tablespoons Chinese red rice vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese white rice wine or gin
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Step 1In a bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, rice wine or gin, ginger and sugar and serve.
