Total time: 5 minutes plus 15 minutes chilling. | Make 1 cup
Note: If you have time, this can be made several hours in advance.
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup peeled and grated cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • Pepper
  • Hot pepper sauce

Step 1Combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Chill in refrigerator or freezer. Serve cold.

Each tablespoon:
7 calories; 10 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 0 fat; 1 gram carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.04 gram fiber.
