- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup peeled and grated cucumber
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- Hot pepper sauce
Step 1Combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Chill in refrigerator or freezer. Serve cold.
