Note: Adapted from a recipe by Christiaan Rollich at A.O.C. The restaurant uses house-made bitters.
  • 2 ounces bourbon, preferably Buffalo Trace
  • 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur, preferably Luxardo
  • 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce orange bitters
  • Orange twist

Step 1In a glass or cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, maraschino liqueur, Chartreuse, lime juice and bitters with ice. Stir and strain into a martini glass, then garnish with the orange twist.
