  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Combine cucumber, tomato, cumin, lemon juice, cilantro and salt in medium bowl.
