- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons minced mint leaves
Step 1Peel, seed and grate the cucumber. Combine it and the yogurt in a small bowl. Add salt to taste and the mint. Chill the raita until ready to serve.
