Note: From Providence bartender Vincenzo Marianella. Make a simple syrup by heating one-half cup water and one-half cup sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) bourbon
  • 6 ounces ( 3/4 cup) Amaretto di Saronno
  • 4 ounces ( 1/2 cup) lemon juice
  • 4 ounces ( 1/2 cup) simple syrup
  • 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) apple juice, preferably fresh, organic and unfiltered

Step 1Combine the bourbon, Amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup and apple juice in a pitcher. Stir to combine. Pour into ice-filled old-fashioned glasses and serve.
