  • 1 ounce Goldwasser
  • 3 ounces Riesling, preferably Hans Lang
  • 4 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever Tree
  • Fresh ginger slice, for garnish
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Step 1In a Collins glass, combine the Goldwasser and Riesling. Add ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with the ginger and lemon twist.
