Total time: 10 minutes | Serves 2
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soy beverage
  • 1 mango, peeled, seed removed and diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Step 1Place the soy beverage, mango, lime juice, mint leaves and honey into the jar of a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

Each serving:
221 calories; 74 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 2 grams fat; 0 saturated fat; 50 grams carbohydrates; 5 grams protein; 2.80 grams fiber.
