Total time: 5 minutes | Makes about 1/2 cup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar

Step 1Combine sugar, Worcestershire, ketchup, oil, salt, mustard, dash cayenne, pepper sauce, lemon juice and vinegar. Stir vigorously or shake in lidded container to mix.

Each tablespoon:
24 calories; 182 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 2 grams fat; 2 grams carbohydrates; 0 grams protein; 0.01 gram fiber.
