Cracked Pepper Coconut Vinegar Sauce
- 1 cup coconut vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed and peeled
- 1 piece (½ inch) fresh ginger, smashed
- ¼ cup sliced Thai chiles
- 1 ½ teaspoons cracked black pepper
Step 1Combine the vinegar, garlic, ginger, chiles and pepper in a small bowl. Stir well.
