Total time: 5 minutes | Serves 1
  • 1 ounce blue cane rum, preferably Rhum Clement Canne bleue
  • 1 ounce white rum, preferably Rhum JM Blanc
  • 1 ounce pink guava puree
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce sparkling wine, such as Elbling
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Step 1In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rums, guava puree and lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Champagne coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with the lemon twist.
