  • 1 ½ ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce agave nectar
  • 2 slices fresh jalapeno
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • Chile-lime salt, for rimming the glass, optional

Step 1In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the tequila, agave, jalapeno and lime juice. Shake, then pour, into a chile-lime-salt rimmed-margarita glass. Serve immediately.
