  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave syrup
  • 2 ounces watermelon juice
  • Sparkling water, such as San Pellegrino
  • Sprig basil, for garnish

Step 1Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker, then add the lime juice, agave and watermelon juice. Fill a Tom Collins glass with ice, then pour the ice from the glass into the shaker.
