Note: Adapted from a recipe by consulting bartender Vincenzo Marianella.
  • 4 to 6 white seedless grapes
  • 2 to 3 sage leaves
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce elderflower syrup
  • 2 ounces pear juice
  • 3 ounces soda
  • 2 white grapes, thinly sliced, for garnish
  • Sage sprig, for garnish

Step 1In a highball glass, layer the grapes, sage leaves, lemon juice, syrup, pear juice and soda. Muddle the ingredients, then stir and top with crushed ice. Garnish with the thinly sliced grape leaves and sage sprig.
