  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 green onions, very thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1Mix yogurt, onions, mint and salt and pepper to taste in bowl. Adjust seasoning. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
